Job summary

NEMR Total HR is seeking a Sales Support Manager to lead the inside sales support function from our Vineland, NJ office. This role manages the CSR team and Inside Account Managers, ensuring accurate order processing, prompt customer support, and proactive account maintenance.

Collaborating with upper management including Operations and Purchasing, you will drive process improvements, provide quoting support for outside sales, and deliver performance insights to boost revenue and customer

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or account management.
• 3+ years of people management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with order processing, quoting, account management, and customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops the inside sales support function and manages CSR and Inside Account Manager teams.
• Oversees timely and accurate deliverables, resolves escalations, and improves customer experience.
• Coordinates handoffs between inside and outside sales, operations, and purchasing to support revenue growth.
• Establishes and tracks KPIs, analyzes data, and reports trends to leadership.
• Promotes process improvement and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency.
