Vitalant is seeking a Sales Support Specialist I to help coordinate virtual and onsite blood drives, engage coordinators, and expand donor participation. You will support donor recruitment, maintain records, and assist with training across teams, delivering reliable service to internal and external customers.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or Healthcare Administration), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid in-state driver's license required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience in a sales, healthcare, or donor recruitment environment.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support virtual and onsite blood drives in alignment with enterprise goals.
• Engage blood drive coordinators to increase donor participation and retention.
• Assist with donor recruitment initiatives, including outreach to first-time donors.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity using established systems.
• Support special projects and assist with training and onboarding of new and existing staff.
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, external regulations, and software usage standards.
• Collaborate with field teams and cross-functional partners to support operational success.
