Vitalant is seeking a Front Desk/Donor Relations Specialist to greet donors, answer questions, and support donor services at our local donation centers in Chicago. You will help ensure donor comfort, address pre-donation questions, and schedule their next donation.

Responsibilities include assisting with donor wait times, educating donors on collection techniques, and administering customer service surveys to improve donor experiences.

Your impact as a Front Desk/Donor Relations Specialist is vital. You will support Vitalant’s life‑saving mission by greeting donors at local donations centers, providing education on various blood and blood product donation procedures. You will assist with ensuring donor comfort, addressing pre‑donation questions, and scheduling their next blood donations.

Schedule

Sunday: 6:30 am to 4:00pm
Monday: 11:30am to 7:30pm
Tuesday: 11:30am to 7:30pm
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 6:30am to 2:00pm
Saturday: 6:30am to 2:00pm
