• Public speaking at events to promote blood donation and recruit volunteers.
• Build relationships with coordinators at schools, businesses, religious organizations, and other community groups.
• Coach coordinators to boost donor turnout, especially first-time donors, and form blood drive committees.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet territory goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projections and scheduling for drives.
• Identify new blood drive opportunities in your territory and support national partners.
• Maintain drive information using established systems.
