Vitalant is seeking a Donor Recruitment Manager to lead the donor-recruitment team and drive annual and monthly goals through effective recruitment strategies. You will oversee recruitment programs, market penetration plans, and drive blood donation initiatives as part of a life-saving mission.

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years related experience required, including two years supervisory experience.
• Valid in-state driver’s license required.

• Monitor center resource allocation and scheduling.

Salary : $83,491.20 - $96,850.00

Salary is commensurate with a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Your impact as a Donor Recruitment Manager is vital. You will contribute to Vitalant’s life‑saving mission by overseeing the donor‑recruitment team to successfully achieve annual and monthly goals through effective donor recruitment. Achieve recruitment objectives by developing market penetration plans, recruitment strategies, to increase blood donations.
