Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in Spokane, WA, to actively engage with donors, schedule blood donations, and support recruitment initiatives across fixed-site locations. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and helping the organization meet its vital mission.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least six months of customer service experience, and proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the donor experience by providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate on specialized calling projects, to include conversions, reminders calls and engaging first time donors.
• Support blood centers by implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing donor scheduling, and offering expertise on eligibility and donation requirements.
• Contribute to the onboarding of new hires and conduct refresher training to both new and existing staff.

Serving as a front-line hero, you play a pivotal role in achieving recruitment goals and coordinating donations at fixed site locations for present, past, and new donors making their next crucial blood contributions.

Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 9-5:30 pm
