Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to be the main contact for the field sales team, handling order processing, inventory monitoring, and ETA follow-ups with purchasers. In this role you will work cross-functionally with production, accounting, and RMA, generate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, and support marketing activities from the US office.

• 0-1 years of direct, related sales support experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries on order status, shipment schedules, and pricing.
• Assist sales team with data entry and cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare presentations and organize meetings for the sales team.
• Process and expedite orders, assist with RMAs, and track orders.
