Job summary

Case-Mate is seeking a highly organized Sales Support Specialist to help keep our Sales team moving. This role sits at the center of sales execution—supporting account managers, coordinating customer needs, helping manage orders and samples, and preparing sales materials.

You will maintain accurate information, track items, and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, experience with ERP/CRM, and a proven ability to juggle multiple

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support or related role.
• Experience with B2B/wholesale/retail sales teams preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business applications.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/order-management systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Assist Account Managers with customer requests, follow-up, presentations, reporting, and account needs.
• Prepare meetings, line reviews, pricing documents, and product information.
• Coordinate samples, displays, marketing materials, and other sales tools.
• Maintain organized account files, customer information, pricing, and sales documentation.
• Track open items and ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
• Assist with customer setup, order coordination, and account maintenance.
• Monitor order status, inventory, shipment timing, and customer requests.
• Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Customer Service, Finance, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare recurring sales reports, trackers, and forecasts.
• Support new product launches with samples, pricing, and customer materials.
• Provide timely updates to Sales leadership.
