Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Sales Team and customers with accurate product information and issue resolution. You will manage customer accounts, track orders, and maintain organized records while communicating professionally.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication, and Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in distribution or manufacturing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Experience in conflict resolution and order tracking/follow-up.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiarity with order entry systems and documentation practices.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and sales staff with product/service information and resolving issues.
• Maintain and update customer accounts accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns by clarifying the issue, identifying solutions, and communicating resolutions clearly.
• Build strong working relationships with assigned customers and internal reps.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide flexible support to other departments as needed.
• Communicate with professionalism, maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer proprietary information.
