Imperial Brady, a leading North American distributor, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Hot Springs, AR. The CSR supports the Sales Team by providing timely product information, updating accounts, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Expect a hands-on, organized environment with cross-department collaboration and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in distribution or manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and active listening.
• Familiarity with order entry systems and documentation practices.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and sales staff by providing product/service information and resolving issues.
• Maintain and update customer accounts accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns by clarifying the issue, identifying solutions, and communicating resolutions clearly.
• Build strong working relationships with assigned customers and internal reps.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide flexible support to other departments as needed.
• Communicate with professionalism, maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
