Sysco Corp. is seeking a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to provide direct support to Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. The role focuses on resolving customer needs quickly and accurately while maintaining order and communication flow.

The position requires a year of outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience, and strong telephone skills to handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment. MS Office proficiency is also expected.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support
• Preferred: previous call center experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Answer all incoming concerns/needs from all customers
• Key pick-up requests, handle transportation/routing on delivery questions
• Process will-call orders
• Provide customers with invoice copies
• Process credits
• Maintaining call lists
• Monitor orders before the cut-off; communicate with the AE and customers
• Manage same-day deliveries for operating company (OPCO)
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor
