Greco and Sons, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support/CSR to provide direct support to Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers.

The role focuses on resolving customer needs quickly and accurately, handling orders, and coordinating delivery questions. The successful candidate will have strong telephone communication, a high school diploma, and at least 1 year in foodservice sales coordination or customer support, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-focused role or sales support is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Answer all incoming concerns/needs from all customers.
• Handle transportation/routing on delivery questions and key pick-up requests.
• Process will-call orders and provide customers with invoice copies.
• Process credits and maintain the call list.
• Monitor orders before the cut-off and communicate with AE and customers.
• Manage same-day deliveries for operating company (OPCO).
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
