Job summary

Greco and Sons, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to provide direct support to Account Executives, Marketing Associates and customers, resolving requests quickly and accurately.

As a CSR, you will answer inquiries, process orders and credits, manage deliveries, and communicate with account executives to ensure customer satisfaction. Proficiency in MS Office and strong phone skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong telephone communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming concerns/needs from customers.
• Key pick-up requests, handle transportation and routing on delivery questions.
• Process will-call orders and provide customers with invoice copies.
• Process credits and maintain call lists.
• Monitor orders before the cut-off and communicate with AE and customers.
• Manage same-day deliveries for operating company (OPCO).
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
