Job summary

Greco and Sons, Inc. is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to support Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers in a busy foodservice environment. This role focuses on resolving customer needs quickly and accurately while maintaining documentation and smooth order flow.

The CSR will handle inquiries, process orders and credits, coordinate same-day deliveries, and communicate closely with team members to ensure high service levels in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience
• Previous call center experience is preferred
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming concerns/needs from all customers
• Key pick-up requests; handle transportation/routing on delivery questions
• Process will-call orders
• Provide customers with invoice copies
• Process credits
• Maintain call list
• Monitor orders before the cut-off
• Communicate regularly with Account Executives and customers
• Manage same-day deliveries for operating company
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor
