Job summary

Sysco Detroit is seeking a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to provide direct support to all assigned Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. The goal is to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible.

Responsibilities include answering incoming concerns, processing will-call orders, handling delivery questions, and coordinating with the AE to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience.
• Preference for previous call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming concerns/needs from customers.
• Key pick-up requests and handle transportation/routing questions.
• Process will-call orders and provide customers with invoice copies.
• Process credits and maintain the call list.
• Monitor orders before the cut-off and communicate with AE and customers.
• Manage same-day deliveries for operating companies (OPCO).
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
