Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to exceed service levels.
• Clarify complaints, identify root causes, explain solutions, and follow up.
• Process returns and credits; handle customer adjustments paperwork.
• Coordinate dispatch with drivers; verify addresses and ETAs.
• Communicate ETAs and updates between branches and drivers.
• Manage Return Authorizations with Vendors.
• Review daily delivery manifests.
• Maintain hot list and cross-department communication.
• Arrange redelivery or reschedule missed deliveries.
