Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls on the main line.

• Manage general office correspondence and logging in Salesforce.
• Monitor and maintain records in Salesforce including leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities.
• Prepare follow-up emails, call logs, and status updates for prospects and customers.
• Log and track all customer interactions and communications in Salesforce.
