• Competent in Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Willing to learn internal programs and systems to the level of fluency.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with CRM, Salesforce administration, account setup, hold management, and report preparation.
• Assist in proposal creation, RFP generation, editing, and output using Proposal+ and internal systems.
• Assist marketing and sales leadership with research and reporting for prospecting and cold calling.
• Prepare campaign documents including contracts, posting instructions for creative assignments, and billing forms.
