Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Sales Assistant in Chicago to support the sales function alongside branch, sales, and marketing leadership. The role focuses on account management, campaign activation, CRM administration, proposal generation, reporting, and cross‑department coordination.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years supporting a sales function, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting a sales function preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with CRM, Salesforce administration, account set up, hold management, and report preparation.
• Assist in proposal creation, RFP generation, editing, and output utilizing Proposal+ software and other internal systems.
• Assist marketing and sales leadership with research and reporting for client prospecting and cold calling.
• Prepare campaign documents including contracts, posting instructions for creative assignments, and billing forms.
• Review and resolve billing and accounts payable issues with the finance team.
• Generate and distribute sales, renewal, and ad hoc reports.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Marketing, HR, Technology, Operations, Ad Operations, and Finance teams.
