• Streamline Operations: Order equipment, coordinate seamless deliveries, and meticulously maintain open job files (POs, work orders) to drive project success.
• Champion Customer Success: Provide exceptional support to Channel Partners, resolving inquiries with empathy to maintain high satisfaction through job completion.
• Optimize Processes: Process sales order changes efficiently, verify credit approvals, and execute accurate monthly job forecasting.
• Collaborate & Partner: Work cross-functionally with Field Representatives and Accounting to research billing discrepancies and ensure expeditious job fulfillment.
