Hillebrand Gori in Edison, NJ is seeking a Sales Support professional to provide day-to-day admin support for customer and account management activities. You will help expand the customer base, drive growth, and support key accounts in line with business and financial objectives.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, and procurement teams to produce timely quotes, manage routine tasks, and ensure accurate data across systems. Previous shipping/logistics experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years in shipping/logistics/supply chain management industry preferred.
• 3+ years in Sales preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel knowledge.
• Physical ability to operate a computer and office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for customer/account management activities to expand and maintain customer base and achieve targets.
• Support local key account plans and new/existing sales plans under supervision.
• Check recurring routine tasks for consistent, cohesive service.
• Provide basic reporting on competitive activity within accounts and share with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with external parties to accept proposals and programs with limited cooperation.
