Hunter Engineering Company in Bridgeton, MO seeks an Associate, Field Service Support to assist Independent Sales & Service Representatives with RMAs, rebills, and order entry, following established procedures.

Bring a high school diploma and 1+ year in customer service; strong data-entry, organization, and communication are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IFS/ERP experience are a plus. Great benefits and growth await.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in customer service, order processing, or returns/warranty administration.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high data-entry accuracy.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with ticketing, order management, or ERP systems; IFS experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Process standard RMAs, including warranty credits, warranty replacements, and parts no longer needed returns, using documented procedures and established guidelines.
• Validate credit requests and ensure proper documentation.
• Complete customer rebills accurately, on time, and in accordance with established policies.
• Enter Initial Stocking Orders (ISO) into the ERP with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reconcile RMA records against receipt and disposition information to ensure credits and replacements are issued correctly and on time.
• Respond to routine Independent Representative questions on RMA status, order status, and return policy; explain rebill corrections and outcomes.
• Route quality incidents, technical part inquiries, and out-of-policy requests through defined escalation paths; approve minor exceptions within established guidelines.
• Document case activity clearly and completely so any team member can pick up a case without rework.
• Apply strong knowledge of Hunter warranty policy, return guidelines, and customer experience standards.
• Additional duties as assigned.
