Job summary

You will organize Foundation and Retail meetings, types, faxes, and mail correspondence, plus assist with accounts receivable and reporting issues to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen with daily Marketing and Sales activities.
• Answer overflow calls for Zone Managers and take orders or changes as needed.
• Compile information for the quarterly Sales newsletter.
• Maintain home photos and model information on Champion websites for dealers.
• Organize Foundation and Retail meetings and handle department correspondence.
• Process types, faxes, and mail; monitor accounts receivable and report issues to Sales Manager.
