Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of customer service or business experience preferred.
• Construction/window/door product knowledge is desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers, verifies, and submits accurate product orders by communicating with sales consultants and customers.
• Sizes rough openings and blueprints to prepare proposals and quotes.
• Verifies contracts to ensure correct products are ordered, built, and delivered.
• Supports showroom visitors and follows up on customer inquiries and requests.
• Reads blueprints and uses internal software to enter orders and provide quotes.
• Maintains showroom appearance and assists events in showroom space.
