Job summary

Champion Home Builders seeks a Sales Support professional to assist the Sales Manager and sales team with daily marketing and sales program activities. You will handle overflow calls, take orders when needed, and support newsletter production.

You will maintain home photos, dealer schematics, and website content for new models, while organizing Foundation and Retail meetings and handling department correspondence. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word is required.
• Customer service or sales support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily marketing and sales program activities.
• Handle overflow calls for Zone Managers and take customer orders or change orders as needed when Salesmen are unavailable.
• Compile information for the quarterly Marketing and Sales Department newsletter.
• Maintain home photographs and dealer/retailer schematics; update Champion websites with home series and model information.
• Coordinate Foundation and Retail meetings; manage department correspondence.
