You will handle quotes, coordinate with manufacturing, manage customer communication through production, delivery, service, and warranty, and build strong relationships across the network.

Responsibilities

• Support the Zone Sales Managers and help ensure the success of our retailers, communities, builders, and developers.
• Responsibilities include quoting projects and coordinating with manufacturing teams.
• Manage customer communication throughout production, delivery, service, and warranty processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, communities, builders, and developers.
• Complete reporting, auditing, and data management activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with special projects related to sales, marketing, process improvement, and customer service.
• Support new product launches and customer communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen processes within the department.
• Coordinate information between customers, sales team members, and internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Cross-train with Transportation Coordinator to support logistics and delivery.
