Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Ocala, FL is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales organization by ensuring smooth communication, accurate order processing, and coordination between customers, Sales, Production, and Shipping.

You will maintain records, track activities, assist with quotes and documentation, and help drive a positive customer experience while supporting sales initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting a sales team or customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain sales orders accurately within internal systems.
• Verify completeness of customer purchase orders, pricing, specs, and required documentation.
• Coordinate order changes, updates, and approvals with Sales and internal departments.
• Prepare and distribute order acknowledgments and confirmations to customers.
• Maintain digital and physical records of sales orders, contracts, and correspondence.
• Serve as a primary contact for customer questions related to order status and scheduling.
• Communicate build dates, shipment timelines, and changes to customer orders.
• Assist Sales Representatives with quotes, product information, and follow-up activity.
• Support customer visits, plant tours, and product demonstration scheduling.
• Collaborate with Production Scheduling, Shipping, Engineering and Purchasing as needed.
• Maintain dashboards, sales logs, weekly reports, and CRM/ERP data.
