Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Ocala, FL is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales organization by ensuring smooth communication, accurate order processing, and efficient coordination between customers, Sales, Production, and Shipping.

You will maintain documentation, track sales activity, and support sales initiatives to deliver a positive customer experience and drive overall sales performance. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of administrative, sales support, or coordination experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain sales orders accurately within internal systems.
• Verify completeness of customer purchase orders, pricing, specs, and required documentation.
• Coordinate order changes, updates, and approvals with Sales and internal departments.
• Prepare and distribute order acknowledgments and confirmations to customers.
• Maintain dashboards, sales logs, and weekly reports for Sales Leadership.
