Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager and sales staff in daily operations.
• Process customer orders and update order changes as needed.
• Compile information for quarterly marketing and sales updates.
• Maintain home photos, model information, and dealer schematics.
• Organize foundation and retail meeting logistics.
• Handle correspondence by typing, faxing, and mailing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and flag issues to Sales Manager.
