Job summary

Processors Choice is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to serve as the main information link among Sales, the company, and customers. You will prepare pricing, quotes, and letters, and enter customer data into Sage X3 and Salesforce.

You will assist regional sales managers, handle correspondence, and respond to product inquiries and samples. The role requires 2–3 years of experience and preferably a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of professional experience required, preferably in a related field.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing, quotes, and introduction letters for Regional Sales Managers.
• Enter and update new prospects and sales data in Sage X3 and Salesforce.
• Respond to customer requests for product information, availability, and samples.
• Disseminate special pricing information and maintain customer price lists.
• Provide support to Buyers and liaise between departments.
