Job summary

HCI Systems, based in California, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Booking department in Ontario. You will input sales and booking submissions with accuracy, supporting our sales representatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle a high volume of submissions, collaborate with the Sales team to ensure proper documentation, and perform precise data entry of proposals, dollar values, estimates and customer information across diverse client markets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in sales support, sales admin, or customer support.
• Experience in construction, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, or alarm systems is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Input sales and booking submissions into the software accurately and timely.
• Handle a high volume of 20+ booking submissions.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure thorough documentation and submission of client materials.
• Enter proposals, dollar values, estimates and customer information into the internal system.
• Provide sales support across diverse client markets (GCs, PMs, developers, architects, hospitals, hotels, government, universities).
