Job summary

HCI Systems Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our Booking department in Ontario. You will process sales and booking submissions for upcoming client projects and work closely with internal sales representatives.

This role reports to the Assistant Controller and Accounting Manager, supporting multiple markets and client types. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales support or customer service, strong data-entry skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in sales support or customer support.
• Experience in construction, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, or alarm systems is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with the sales team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Input sales and booking submissions accurately into the internal system in a timely manner.
• Handle 20+ booking submissions per period.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure proper documentation and submission of client materials.
• Perform data entry for proposals, dollar values, estimates, and customer information.
• Provide sales support across markets including General Contractors, Property Management, Developers, Architects, Hospitals, Hotels, Government, universities and other entities.

Overview

HCI Systems Inc. is a rapidly growing low-voltage contracting company based in California. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our Booking department in Ontario. In this role, you’ll have a key part in processing sales and booking submissions for our upcoming client projects and working closely with our internal sales representatives. This role will report directly to the Assistant Controller and Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input sales and booking submissions into our software in a timely manner.
• Handle a high volume of 20+ booking submissions
• Collaborate closely with our Sales team to ensure thorough documentation and submission of client materials for projects.
• Perform precise data entry tasks, including inputting proposals, dollar values, estimates, and customer information into our internal system.
• Provide sales support across diverse client markets, including General Contractors, Property Management Companies, Developers, Architects, Hospitals, Hotels, Government, Universities, and Public and Private Entities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in sales support, sales administrative, or customer support.
• Previous sales support, sales administrative or customer support experience within construction, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and alarm systems is a plus.
• Proven experience handling a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in multitasking and managing competing priorities.
• Capacity to handle constructive criticism and adapt accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate efficiently with our sales team.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and a strong sense of professionalism.

• Must be able to pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening.

Pay Range

USD $25.00 - USD $27.00 /Hr.
