Job summary

Baralan USA, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support professional to join the Carson, CA team. The role focuses on first-line customer assistance, accurate order entry, and end-to-end order execution within a defined geography to maximize customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include supporting Sales Managers, handling pre- and post-sales activities, and ensuring timely processing and communication across departments. A strong emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and problem-solving is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Some college preferred.
• Manufacturing or distribution experience a plus.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers with pre-sales activities and sample requests.
• Process orders and manage post-sales activities.
• Monitor order progress and update shipment/due orders to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare artwork for customized work orders during sampling and ordering phases.
• Handle return orders and data entry in the system.
