We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting our sales team and providing excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely quotes, manage purchase orders, and ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales orders, purchase orders and quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining customer relationships
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Provide product information and technical support to customers
• Analyze sales data and generate reports for management
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and transactions

Required Skills

• Strong technical sales knowledge and understanding of technology products
• Proficiency in using Hubspot, ConnectWise or similar CRM software
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
