Steve Madden Retail Careers is seeking a Sales Supervisor (full-time) to lead a busy store team in Orlando. You will drive sales targets, train associates, and uphold exceptional customer service standards on a daily basis.

Leaders with retail experience and strong communication skills will thrive in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and flexibility, including varied shifts and holiday coverage.

Formación

• 2-3 years of retail experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to meet goals.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives are in place to address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as liaison between customers, sales associates, and store management.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning, and inventory returns.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform duties outside of your specific role.
