Job summary

Living Spaces in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Sales Supervisor to develop their team and drive revenue through expert guest engagement and leadership. This role requires staffing and scheduling that align with guest demand, coaching through our sales proficiency process, and modeling the Living Spaces engagement approach.

You will address escalated guest situations, run regular check-ins, and collaborate with Retail Sales Managers to meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support each team member through our sales proficiency process.
• Staffing and scheduling to match guest demand.
• Model the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales approach.
• Lead daily tasks and training; address escalated guest issues.
