Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting furniture, arranging financing and delivery.
• Open and close the store ensuring every detail.
• Keep the sales floor maintained with well trained Sales Associates.
• Handle sales conflicts promptly to resolve them.
• Observe staff to coach for success.
• Direct staff in setup of new sales events.
• Participate in operational support of all store aspects including cleaning and merchandising.
• Sell to meet minimum acceptable sales standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
