• Observe staff to coach a successful team.
• Oversee pre-hiring surveys, interviews, and staffing requirements.
• Direct the staff in setup of new sales events.
• Lead training of new sales associates.
• Participate in management meetings.
• Ensure punctuality and regular attendance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Primary duties for the Sales Manager include:

• Open and close the store ensuring every detail has been accomplished
• Keep the sales floor maintained with well trained Sales Associates who uphold our standards
