Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Lone Tree, CO to develop the store team and lead guest engagement to hit revenue targets. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, and executing the Living Spaces Sales Model while guiding daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach on performance, run regular check-ins, and partner with Retail Sales Managers to exceed goals, cultivating a strong talent bench and a positive, service-driven store culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach store team through our sales proficiency process.
• Assist with staffing and scheduling to match guest demand.
• Model Living Spaces engagement and leadership during sales engagements.
• Address escalated guest situations and resolutions.
• Analyze data to assess departmental focus and drive goals.
• Foster positive store culture and team development.
