Job summary

Living Spaces in Katy, TX is hiring a Sales Supervisor to develop the team for success by mastering our guest engagement approach and driving revenue to meet targets.

You will staff and coach the store, align schedules with guest demand, model the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model, manage performance, and foster a positive culture centered on guests and team members. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment; 3 years supervisory experience.
• Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain focus on developing each team member through our sales proficiency process
• Ensure retail store staffing is adequate and capable
• Assist with scheduling to match team skills to guest demand
• Lead by example in the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model
• Perform daily leadership duties and guest engagement responsibilities as assigned
• Oversee ongoing development training and adherence to style guides
• Ensure daily task lists are completed by store teams
• Address escalated guest situations and drive resolutions
• Analyze data to assess and sharpen departmental focus
• Collaborate with Retail Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales goals
• Foster talent development and succession planning
• Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
• Create a positive store culture that values guests and team members
• Implement morale-boosting initiatives aligned with business goals
