Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store teams, meet targets, and drive guest engagement through coaching and effective leadership. You will ensure staffing, training, and performance, while coaching supervisors to uphold the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model on the sales floor.

You will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and align actions with SOPs, retail processes, and company goals to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in direct customer interactive environment.
• 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing with right number of people meeting standard work expectations.
• Recruit, lead and develop team members and foster a high performance culture.
• Lead Supervisors to execute guest engagement model proficiency.
• Own sales floor and financial outcomes through standard work execution.
• Coach and mentor team through ongoing talent conversations to build leadership bench.
