Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 in Lone Tree, CO. You will execute the Guest Engagement Model, drive SPH, and meet KPIs while delivering top-tier guest satisfaction per survey results.

You will maintain showroom visuals, assist with furniture assembly, and use company systems to support store operations and revenue objectives. This role emphasizes a guest-focused culture and accurate inventory control.

Qualifications

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH and company KPIs.
• Achieve individual sales performance expectations, including SPH.
• Analyze daily sales results and develop monthly proficiency plans using company sales reporting tools.
• Promote a positive, guest-focused store culture that supports revenue objectives and brand standards.
• Execute style guide directives, oversee merchandising and labeling on showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with loss prevention standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation per company guidelines.
• Utilize company systems and tools while adhering to processes.
• Perform additional duties to support store operations.

Responsibilities
