Job summary

Steve Madden in Torrance, CA is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor to support the management team and lead a dynamic sales floor.

You will train and motivate staff, ensure customer service excellence, coordinate floor moves and merchandising, and liaise with store management. A flexible schedule including weekends is required to meet business needs.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package with employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong team-building and communication abilities.

The Sales Supervisor assumes leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. The Sales Supervisor is part of a dynamic team where cooperation is key to achieving business goals.

The pay range of this position is $17-$21/hr plus commission. Actual rate will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and 401K, if applicable.
