Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks an experienced Sales Supervisor for the Manufacturing sector (Food and Beverage) in Puerto Rico. You will lead Driver Sales Representatives, coach the field team, and drive route execution while building strong customer relationships.

This direct-hire role offers a stable base salary and quarterly incentives, plus a Christmas bonus of 4.5%. 15 days of vacation and 12 days of sick leave accompany opportunities for growth in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales supervision, route sales, field sales, distribution, or related operations.

• Experience managing sales goals, customer accounts, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Ability to analyze performance results, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for growth.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, follow-up, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in the field and provide direct support to sales representatives and customers.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

• Support recruiting, selection, performance evaluations, disciplinary processes, improvement plans, and compliance with company policies and applicable agreements.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor for Manufacturing industry. (Food and beverage). The Sales Supervisor will lead a team of Driver Sales Representatives, support daily route execution, monitor sales performance, and help identify new business opportunities within the assigned district. • Employment type: Direct Hire. Base salary: $34,320 annually. + Quarterly incentives - Christmas bonus: 4.5% of salary.
• Vacation: 15 days.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a unionized environment.
• Experience supervising Driver Sales Representatives or route-based sales teams.
• Knowledge of field sales, distribution operations, customer account management, and retail or manufacturing-related sales channels.
