• Maintain receiving and shipping records, verify orders, and report discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks while following safety and attendance policies.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in Hayward, CA. This role will oversee daily shipping, receiving, packaging, logistics, documentation, and warehouse team activities within an electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing environment.

This is a strong opportunity for a hands‑on warehouse leader who enjoys building efficient processes, training team members, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer orders ship accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping, receiving, packaging, storage, and logistics activities to ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Review packaged customer orders to confirm quality standards, internal procedures, and customer specifications are followed.
• Prepare and coordinate FedEx, UPS, DHL, third‑party, domestic, and international shipments with proper documentation.
• Lead, train, schedule, and support warehouse clerks and shipping personnel to maintain efficient department operations.
• Maintain receiving and shipping records, verify incoming orders against purchase orders, and report damages or discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, sprinter vehicles, and box trucks while following all company safety, quality, conduct, and attendance policies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $38.00 to $42.00 per hour.
• Job type: Temp‑Hire
• Location: Hayward, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, packaging, and warehouse workflow.
• Plan daily work schedules to meet order completion and lead time requirements.
• Supervise, train, evaluate, and support shipping and receiving team members.
• Coordinate logistics documentation, carrier shipments, and quality control for outbound orders.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 to 6 years of experience managing receiving, shipping, warehouse operations, and shipping personnel.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, receiving processes, inventory handling, packaging requirements, and order accuracy standards.
• Ability to operate a forklift, including stand‑up and sit‑down equipment, along with hand pallet jacks.
• Valid driver’s license with no points.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Must be proficient in English.
• Ability to work independently, lead teams professionally, and communicate effectively with internal departments.
• Flexibility to work schedule changes and extended hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred.
• Experience with international shipments and carrier systems such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and third‑party logistics providers.
• Experience in electronics, components, semiconductor manufacturing, or another quality‑driven manufacturing environment.
