Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring the boutique runs seamlessly and to the highest luxury standards.
• Motivate and support the sales team, leading by example and nurturing a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs), client development strategies, and uphold impeccable visual and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Supervisor/ Floor Manager/ Concession Manager role within a luxury or premium brand.
• Proven ability to engage high-value clients, deliver elevated service, and support team coaching and performance.
• Strong understanding of boutique operations, including CRM, stock control, and back-of-house coordination.
• $70,000 to $75,000 per annum depending on experience.
