About role

Our Sales and Distribution team is seeking a Sales Manager for the PAN India Location territory.

The primary responsibility of this position is

to build and maintain the network of retailers and distributors in your location to

increase business volumes.

What will you do?

Build distributor and retailer network.

Merchant onboarding and KYC/eKYC.

Ensure new distributors and retailers transact on our app.

Ensure cross-selling of a minimum of 5 products to the existing merchant

network.

Ensure visits to existing distributors for business development and business

growth.

Retention/re-activation of existing/in-active merchants.

What we are looking for?

Any graduate/undergrad (10+2).

Local candidates - sons of the soil.

Should have 2-wheeler.

Minimum 2 years field sales experience.

Willingness to do at least 15 sales calls per day.

Should be target & achievement oriented
