Job summary

Caterpillar's Electric Power Division seeks a Senior Strategy Manager to shape commercial and product strategies for energy-transition tech. You will lead intelligence efforts, frame strategic options, and drive value with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

In this role, you will pursue alliances, investments including VC and M&A, and guide governance and risk through NDAs and co‑development agreements. A global mindset and strong finance sense are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related fields is required.
Strong strategic thinking and global business perspective are essential.
Experience executing complex commercial and product strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead efforts to analyze industry and competitive intelligence across themes or tech areas.
Create strategic frameworks for product and solutions development to create customer value.
Collaborate with teams to implement product and commercial strategies.
Identify and raise awareness of strategic alliances and partnerships.
Identify investment opportunities that create strategic value.
Work with legal to execute NDAs and co-development agreements and manage investments/M&A.
