Caterpillar's Electric Power Division seeks a Strategy Manager to shape commercial and product strategies across technologies, working with global engineering and operations teams to position Caterpillar as an energy solutions leader.

This onsite role in Mossville, IL with Irving, TX as an additional location offers a pay range of $159,120–$238,680 with up to 25% travel, relocation options, and a broad benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Extensive planning experience across short-term to 3–5 year horizons.
• Excellent communication and organizational governance knowledge.
• MBA is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analyses of industry and competitive intelligence.
• Create strategic frameworks for product and solution positioning.
• Collaborate to implement product and commercial strategies.
• Identify strategic alliances and partnerships.
