Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Strategy & Operations Field Advisor for the AWS Industries (AWSI) org. This role partners with NAMER Sales Leadership to land growth programs, define local market strategies and manage day-to-day execution across forecasting, quota setting, and pipeline management.

You will be a trusted advisor to sales leaders, driving operational excellence, annual planning, and cross-functional enablement in a high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Participate in the definition of goals; drive programs, tooling and dashboards to meet growth.
• Track and report key performance indicators and trends in monthly reviews.
• Lead strategic planning and annual planning activities for account teams.
• Execute and manage incentive compensation strategy.
• Drive process improvement and change management; lead enablement.
• Create and manage the operating cadence for account teams.
